If you haven't seen the documentary "Houselife", then get down to your local Library, or nexflix this to the top of your lists...here's a witty, charming, truthful account of one woman's struggle to find her own sense of order in a hyper-mechanized world. The film is centered around a portugese immigrant and maid living in the modern masterpiece, "Maison a Bordeaux" by Rem Koolhaas, as she struggles to find ways just to simply keep the place clean. Its an entirely revealing look at life within Modern houses and what happens when progressive architecture becomes architectural folly....and each scene is transitioned by avant-garde Japanese pipe music, whats not to LOVE!?!?
